Setup and breakdown included in your rental window. Overtime charged after a 30-minute grace period.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the booking start time. A 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking start time. With no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hrs before the booking start time. In certain circumstances, we might offer rescheduling your studio reservation if our calendar allows.

Passenger Elevator: Located at 526 West 26th Street.
Freight & Accessible Entrance: Located at 516 West 26th Street.

Load-In / Load-Out:

Freight Elevators: Two freight elevators provide direct access to the 10th floor for easy equipment transport.
Loading Dock Bays: Two bays are available. Use the designated freight parking zone for cars, vans, and box trucks.

Parking Options:

Commercial Parking: Available in front of the building from 8 AM – 7 PM.
